Welcome to HBCU 20×20, the largest network of HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) job seekers. Founded on September 11, 2017, HBCU 20×20 is a national diversity and inclusion company that effectively prepares and connects Black college students and graduates to quality job and internship opportunities, while working with over 200 companies, looking for support to improve their diversity recruitment and retention strategies.

Simply put – we help underrepresented talent get connected to companies looking to build and develop a diverse talent pipeline.

We are intentional about creating strategic relationships with companies and organizations who share our same commitment to diversity and inclusion and are serious about making changes within the workforce.

HBCU 20×20 is composed of a Job Board, impressive resume books (our partners say it), host summits and networking events, provide consultation, and focuses on professional development through our mock interview and resume review programs.
