Local accounting firm, O’Connor & Drew, P.C. has been chosen as one of the 10 AICPA member firms to participate nationally in the PCPS George Willie Diverse Student Scholarship and Internship program. This program awards an internship opportunity with O’Connor & Drew, P.C. to a deserving ethnically diverse student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in an accounting or accounting related discipline who is planning to pursue their CPA licensure. The internship will be during busy season in 2022 and the student will also be awarded a scholarship of up to $10,000 courtesy of AICPA / PCPS. Scholarship Overview
AICPA|PCPS will award up to $10K per awarded recipients for the final year of tuition towards an accounting degree. Funds are paid directly to the school prior to each semester. Selected applicants will also participate in a busy season internship (Jan-April 2022) with one of the following cosponsoring firms:
