Bain & Co’s Building Entrepreneurial Leaders Program is focused on giving high-performing undergraduate sophomores/second year students who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous, the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to Bain.
