Accounting

The Accounting Career Community is focused on the many different areas students can pursue with an accounting background, both through public accounting firms (large, regional, and small) as well as opportunities within companies with a wide range of sizes. This Career Community will provide students with exposure to a variety of functional areas including: audit, tax, internal audit, staff accountant roles, leadership development opportunities, and more.

Every year, the Association for International Certified Professional Accountants offers educational funding for accounting college students aspiring CPA licensure and for CPAs pursuing their Ph.D. The AICPA Foundation awards more than $1 million in scholarships, grants, and fellowships to hundreds of students each year.
