Responsibilities-
– Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
– Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
– Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
– Possess a solid understanding of technology trends and capabilities.
– Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
– Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
– Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
– Working closely with clients and the development team.
– Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
– Performing user acceptance testing.
– Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
– Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
– Managing competing resources and priorities.
– Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
– Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications-
– 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role, preferably in the railway industry.
– A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
– Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
– Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the industry.
