Under the supervision of their manager, the Intern will learn everything there is to know on our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how the HR department and our organization runs, and can anticipate gaining valuable insight to help you in your future career.
Learning Objectives and Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist with employee events.
- Assist with pulling information for various reports
- Various administrative tasks associated with recruiting and benefits.
Projects/Opportunities
- Creating a template for an employee newsletter
- Assisting with summer employee events such as a cornhole tournament and summer outing
- Putting together new employee packets and swag bags
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and willing to be part of the team
