Job Overview:
As a Marketing Intern at Equiturn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and marketing strategies in our new Boston office. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong familiarity with the Boston area, digital marketing skills, and a genuine passion for their work. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct comprehensive research to identify target audiences, channels, and effective means to drive conversions. They will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Promotion and Awareness:
- Meaningfully contribute to marketing efforts for our new office, collaborating with leadership to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Develop and implement strategies for promoting our services through various channels.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize our online presence.
2. Content Creation and Outreach:
- Work with the team to craft compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Conduct outreach activities to target audiences, leveraging social media and other platforms.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Take a lead role in conducting local market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and ensure our messaging remains relevant and competitive.
4. Campaign Development and Execution:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and client acquisition.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize business growth.
Qualifications:
- Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience through prior internships or relevant work experience in marketing or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and best practices gained through coursework or practical experience.
- Proven ability to adapt to a dynamic marketing environment and contribute to achieving marketing objectives.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
