About the Role:
Anzu Partners is looking for a Graphic Design Co-Op to join its Marketing and Communications team. This team member will be responsible for supporting the firm and its portfolio of life science and industrial technology start-ups.
In this role, you will support creative direction and execution at the firm and its growing portfolio companies. You will have the opportunity to produce high impact work and to collaborate with firm leaders, company founders, and agencies.
The position will play an important role on a small, cross-functional team. The role comes with excellent personal and professional development support and provides an opportunity to learn about venture capital.
Key activities include:
- Assist with production of traditional marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, icons, templates, and promotional / event designs as well as digital content, including web page design, email marketing templates, social and ad creative.
- Support advancement of brand and product identities.
- Assist with reporting on key metrics across the marketing and communications function.
- Provide marketing data analysis, key findings, and recommendations.
- Assist with weekly project management across the projects that the Anzu MarCom team supports.
- Support documentation, database, and vendor management processes.
Qualifications
- Working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a focus on graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications and presentation programs, such as PowerPoint.
- Prior internship experience within graphic design or marketing, preferred.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong academic ability, bonus if you have completed science or engineering coursework.
- Adept communicator.
- Strong personal drive and ability to operate independently when needed.
