The Finance Rotational Program is a 2-year program broken down by four, 6-month rotations in different areas within the Finance and Accounting functions.
Opportunities may include:
- Business Case Support: ROIs, Lease vs. Buy, Make vs. Buy
- Revenue / Margin analysis: Channel, customer, product profitability
- New Business Opportunities
- Risk Mitigation strategies
- Alternatives to existing processes to reduce cost and/or complexity
- Internal reporting standardizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analysis
- Self-starter, Flexible, and Agile
- Detail orientated and organized
- MS Excel skills or other ERP systems
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
