City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team! In our 16th years of business, we just finished 2023 with another year of exceptional growth…. and the trend will continue! If you are a recent college grad and/or you have at least 1-2 years of business-to-business sales experience, we’d like to talk to you!
City Wide is based in Marlborough, MA. We provide comprehensive sales training and a compensation plan that generously rewards performance.
OTE: $65k – $75k (Base salary, uncapped monthly and quarterly bonus payouts)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Capable of working independently and as team
- Driven, competitive and self-motivated
- Metrics oriented, with a strong need to win
- Excited to participate in all aspects of the sales process
- Enjoy prospecting and cold calling
- Prior history of building and establishing relationships
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
