Manage CareerEdge Alerts A couple of weeks ago, I had posted that McKinsey had made the decision to move their recruitment timelines to more closely mimic the Investment Banking timelines. Meaning, they would start taking applications for Junior Summer internship, in the spring of Sophomore year. I mentioned that I would expect other firms to follow.
Bain just announced their 2027 Associate Consultant Internship Application Deadlines are 3/29 and 8/31! This means students MUST be prepared both with a referral & ready for the competitive interview process even earlier than before! (HINT, hopefully sophomores have already started building relationships/ networking! )
