As an intern, you’ll work with the Servicing and Capital Markets Asset Management teams, supporting functions like loan administration, asset management, property inspections, and financial analysis. You’ll collect and analyze property financials, assist with valuations and market research, and contribute to process improvement projects — all while learning how major commercial real estate transactions come together.
What they’re looking for:
Undergraduate students with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail; and an interest in commercial real estate finance. A 3.0 GPA or higher is required.
