Are you interested in a career in sales? Do you want to network with industry leaders, develop your sales skills, and learn how to land your dream sales internship or full-time opportunity? Sales Summit is a developmental program designed to train students interested in a sales career on foundational sales skills and professional development while providing insight into working in the human capital management industry. This four-day virtual program will take place June 25-28, requiring about two hours per weekday. This is an unpaid program and not an employment opportunity with Paycom. You must have a resume and transcript to apply.
The program will include:
- Sales and professional development training
- Virtual webinars from Paycom sales leaders
- Professional networking opportunities
- Certificate upon completion
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program at an accredited university
- Interest and aptitude for future internship and/or career in software sales
- Must be a Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduate to apply.
