While much of this year’s recruitment for consulting roles have wrapped, now is a good time to begin planning your recruitment for next year — particularly if management consulting is your goal! Bain has just announced it’s 2025 application deadline in July, with BCG anticipated in June. Many other firms will announce their deadlines in EARLY fall.

For the boutiques not covered, or other types of consulting/advisory, it is incumbant on you to understand their recruitment timelines. Make sure you are checking the websites of firms of interest and keeping track of those published deadlines. Additionally NOW IS THE TIME to network! For many of the most competitive roles you will need referrals to land a coveted interview. So begin an outreach plan, make connections and build relationships that can set you up for future success!
