Liberty Mutual just opened applications for our 2024 Unite Summit – this program brings together underrepresented students entering their sophomore or junior year, currently enrolled at a four-year college or university. The summit was designed to expose participants to workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build connections, and encourage collaboration! Participants may also receive job coaching and opportunities for enhanced professional development. Through this program, participants will learn tactical interviewing skills, enhance their business acumen, and be prepared to secure a Summer 2025 internship. 

The Unite Summit will take place Sunday, July 28^th – Tuesday, July 30^th at our global headquarters in Boston, MA. This in-person event is for those who are located near the New England area, with limited space for those located outside of New England. Liberty Mutual will incur all costs for approved travel accommodations. 

  Students selected to participate in the Summit can expect the following: 

• Participate in workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build connections, and encourage collaboration.  
• Network with Liberty’s Employee Resource Groups, business representatives, senior leaders, and recent college hires.  
• Explore the various roles you can pursue through our summer internship opportunities within actuarial science, analytics, finance, and accounting. 

Eligible students must be rising sophomores or juniors, currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university, and currently hold permanent US work authorization.
