Jefferies is excited to announce the launch of its fourth annual Jefferies Women in Research Mentorship Program.
jWIN invites candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences in the class of 2026 to apply for the opportunity to participate in a four-week program focused on mentorship, on-going training and professional development, and an exploration of a career in Equity Research.
Successful applicants will be eligible to attend the 2024 Sales & Trading, Equity Research, and Wealth Management Diversity Symposium in March and apply for a 2025 Equity Research summer internship.
