The Jefferies Diversity Council is happy to announce that we are now accepting applications for our 2024 Diversity Symposiums. We invite qualified sophomore candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to spend an immersive day with Jefferies professionals and gain valuable insight into our 2025 summer intern recruiting process.
- The Investment Banking Diversity Symposium will take place on Thursday, February 1, 2024, and is now open for applications. This Symposium is geared toward candidates in the class of 2026 interested in Investment Banking. Apply here by 11:55 PM ET on January 7, 2024.
- The Sales & Trading, Equity Research, and Wealth Management Diversity Symposium will take place on Thursday, March 14, 2024 and is now open for applications. This Symposium is geared toward candidates in the class of 2026 interested in Equity Sales & Trading, Equity Research, Fixed Income Sales & Trading, or Wealth Management.
