Have you considered Leadership Development / Rotational Programs?

For students deciding where to begin their careers, leadership development and rotational programs can really make a company stand out!  Luckily, there are many employers that offer excellent programs for new graduates, across a wide variety of industries and disciplines.

Leadership development and rotational programs provide in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training.  Each program may have unique components, such as length of time, multiple locations, number of rotations, and pre-selected vs. optional rotations.  Employers invest significant resources in these programs to ensure that new employees have the tools and framework to succeed in their careers.  The goal is to recruit and develop future leaders for the organizations.

The Undergraduate Career Development Center has compiled a list of leadership development and rotational programs for you to consider.  To access the list, go to Handshake > Career Center > Resources > search for ‘Leadership’.  Many, if not most, of these programs start recruiting over the summer / very early in the fall.  Note that some companies offer internships that feed into the full-time programs.
