When employers ask, “What are your greatest weaknesses,” it may seem like they’re trying to trick you into admitting why they shouldn’t hire you. However, this often isn’t the case. What interviewers really want to know is whether or not you’re self-aware. They want to see how you’re taking initiative to improve yourself and overcome your weaknesses.
