Mediahub Rising Talent Mentor Program

Mediahub’s Rising Talent Mentorship Program was designed to create access to the media industry for members of historically marginalized and/or underrepresented groups. Our program pairs each mentee with a current Mediahub employee for a 12-week program. During this time, mentees are given the opportunity to learn about different departments and roles at a media agency with weekly meetings and access to self-service training sessions.

For the duration of the program, mentees are asked to meet with their mentors virtually once per week. Ahead of each meeting, mentees will be provided with trainings and resources to review for their individual growth. The estimated time commitment is 2-3 hours per week, and participants of this program are expected to have availability during work hours (9am-5pm) to meet with their mentor.

Applicants should be 18+. Preference will be given to individuals who identify as a member of a marginalized/underrepresented community (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first generation student, etc.).
