This question is a really tricky one to answer. Beyond very obvious or blunt answers that you may want to give, you are trying with your answer to make the interviewer and the company feel as if the role or position is tailored to you in some way. “What Is Your Greatest Achievement?”
When asked this interview question, you want to highlight a recent and relevant achievement that the company will find value in. This can be difficult to narrow down, so really look back at things you’ve accomplished. “Where Do You See Yourself In 5 Years?”
Though you may not be clairvoyant, a potential employer can often ask you this question. Typically, this is to see whether you have a plan or map to stay within the company, industry, etc. This is one of the hardest interview questions to answer because it is often one you are not completely sure about.
