That means you have to make sure your resume stands out from the thousands of others they see come through the door. How can you do that though? What’s the secret? How do you stand out from so many other really qualified students?

One of the best ways is to integrate quantifiable measures on your resume? Ok… so what does that mean? It means to add numbers to everything you have accomplish. Ok… but how? There are so many ways that you can accomplish this – start by reflecting on what you have accomplished and asking yourself how many times did I do this task, how often did I do it, what were the results from it and so forth. It’s an incredibly powerful way to add more bulk to your resume and communicate your value add on different areas.
