What are some of the key qualities that you look for in potential interns and/or full time employees?
We are always looking for well rounded individuals. We look at GPA, involvement in volunteer or school organizations and experience. For interns, the experience does not necessarily need to be industry related, as long you can explain the skills you learned from the job and how it could translate to an internship. For full-time hires, we do look for a little industry experience but it is not necessary.
