Career Prep is an 18 month career leadership fellowship for underrepresented minorities graduating in Fall 2015 or Spring/Summer 2016. Our fellows have the amazing opportunity to meet other African American, Hispanic and Native American student leaders from across the country (74 schools are represented), gain access to recruiters at over 50 partner organizations, receive one-on-one coaching, walk through a process of self assessment and develop a roadmap for their early career. Over 90% of our fellows say CP was life changing for them.
