Pro Gay Jobs

ProGayJobs’ mission is two-fold:

1) To assist the GLBT workforce in finding satisfying, enriching jobs with companies that offer: freedom from discrimination and harassment because of their sexual orientation and / or gender, equal benefits for the partners of GLBT employees as compared to those offered to the spouses of married employees, and equal opportunity for advancement and career development

2) To assist diversity-focused employers and recruiters in recruiting and retaining highly qualified, talented GLBT employees for their companies and clients.

To carry out our mission, ProGayJobs has built a recruiting portal that provides diversity-focused employers with opportunities to post jobs and advertise to the GLBT workforce, and provides numerous resources to GLBT jobseekers to find jobs with companies that embrace diversity.
