The Marketing Coordinator, Engagement will be responsible for helping coordinate, manage, and execute engagement initiatives for our employer clients. In this position you will play a key role in driving engagement and enrollment in Wellthy. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships teams.

You will drive the following efforts

  • Support B2B, B2B2E, and B2E marketing efforts including but not limited to monthly newsletters, virtual webinars, email campaigns, etc
  • Craft and edit content and marketing assets to support new employer partner launches and ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Monitor ongoing performance of engagement campaigns, deliverability and overall account reputation to ensure our emails are making it into the inbox
  • Work with cross functional teams (Partnerships, Marketing, and Service) to build content, execute marketing initiatives, and support Wellthy’s overall engagement strategy
  • Help the team refine our internal processes to enable efficiency, scale and quality

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Email marketing experience (setting up campaigns, segmenting audiences, subject lines, drip sequences, etc.)
  • Excellent content creation, writing, storytelling and editing skills
  • Knack for driving brand awareness, creating behavioral change, and engaging people with our program
  • Highly organized with an incredible eye for detail
  • Ability to navigate in an evolving environment, balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
  • Great understanding of audiences, and ability to craft targeted and relevant content
  • Ability to track and analyze key metrics and draw valuable insights from data
  • Mission-driven and passionate about helping Wellthy support more families
  • A team player who is comfortable pitching in and supporting team members
  • You’re a hard-worker with a curious mind and are eager to learn new skills and technologies
  • Experience with a design program a plus
