The Marketing Programs Intern will be a key member of the
corporate marketing team, primarily focused on supporting WW
marketing programs and corporate communications. The position
includes day-to-day lead management, event logistics, and project
management responsibilities. Successful candidates will be
enthusiastic, high energy, and ensure quick response in a
fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Candidates will possess
a mix of project management skills, organizational skills, and
attention to detail.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics and execution support for North America events and
Manage stock of marketing promo items (e.g. pens, shirts, etc.)
Lead list scrubbing and importing into Stratus lead database
Work in SFDC Pardot to develop and stage outbound emails
Post content on internal and partner digital communications
boards (SFDC/PRC, Share Point)
Editor for quarterly customer and partner newsletters; and
monthly internal field newsletter
Project management/coordination of additional assignments as
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities,
solve problems, and meet deadlines
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Strong writing and proof reading skills preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, confident, energetic and detail oriented
Effective in a collaborative team environment.
Previous B-to-B marketing experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled in college level
program. Marketing, business, or communication focus preferred.
Candidate must be able to lift and move small boxes, shipping
crates, and other event-related materials.
