We are a private credit investment fund focused on originating and balance sheeting short-term bridge loans across a variety of real estate asset classes. Our platform specializes in fast-moving, asset-backed lending, offering creative financing solutions for transitional properties nationwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in real estate credit investing and deal execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a student with a strong interest in real estate finance to learn directly from experienced professionals in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to support the origination team in identifying new lending opportunities
Perform valuation and cash flow analyses on a range of property types
Prepare presentation materials for use in internal origination and investment committee meetings
Assist in loan underwriting, including borrower and asset due diligence
Work on ad hoc projects and investment initiatives with team members across origination, underwriting, and asset management
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Rising junior or senior with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
Prior real estate experience through internships or relevant coursework
Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills (financial modeling experience is preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
