- Natural Language Understanding.
- Excellent scripting skills.
- Extensive experience in working with business rules, client scrips, Import sets, Notifications, Scheduled jobs etc.
- Should be well versed with the Service Now Architecture.
- Extensive experience in working with Service Now Administration
- Extensive experience in Integration third party Applications with Service Now.
- Ability to handle any development/administration/Integration request independently.
- Ability to gather requirements from the client and prepare a high level and low level design and pass it on for development.
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues and provide solution for the same.
- Propose solutions to the client requirements.
- Provide improvement ideas to the client.
- Ability to coordinate with the offshore Development and QA team to complete any requests from the client.
- Well versed with the Service Now best practices.
