About the Bridge Program
Berkadia is a leader in the commercial real estate industry, offering a robust suite of services to multifamily and commercial property clients. The Bridge Program will provide students with the opportunity to explore the dynamic world of commercial real estate with Berkadia professionals.
Through this live, multi-week program, students will attend interactive speaker sessions with firm leaders in sales, investment sales, mortgage banking and production. Participants will gain hands-on experience through project work and networking opportunities with exposure to early career opportunities at Berkadia.
Program Features Include
- Earn academic scholarship stipend based upon performance

- Participate in an in-person visit to build relationships and network with Berkadia team members.
