At the camp you will have the opportunity to gain a total perspective of the Sales career opportunities at P&G and have the chance to speak candidly with Sales managers. The interaction you’ll have with these diverse and talented people will give you a flavor of our culture and what it would be like to work at P&G.
Our focus is to expose you to the types of opportunities available within strategic selling, from internships to full-time positions. During your 3 days, you will have the opportunity to interview for a Sales internship for summer 2023.

Our Standout Emerging Leader event will help you get insight into our Sales Internship. You’ll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in drawing insights from data. We are seeking individuals who will set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people, and demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative – all while being excellent communicators. We want leaders who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a real passion for influencing strategy, and the ability to establish relationships.
At our Standout Emerging Leader event, you’ll learn about how P&G consults with its partners to develop joint business plans for our retail customers. From Day 1, our strategic selling professionals lead in-market strategies across multiple categories and brands. You’ll experience firsthand how our selling teams shape this strategy by drawing on creative and analytical insights. Our objective is to position our Company, our Customers, and our Shoppers to win.

• You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in your sophomore year of an undergraduate program
• You must have and maintain high academic standards within your institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)
• You should have proven analytical thinking and skills
• You should have an external focus and a real passion for strategic selling
• You must be willing to travel and relocate throughout your career
• You must Have a valid Driver’s License
