Job Overview and Paths for Growth
Sports Operations Associate
- You will work and develop under our VP of Operations and/or our VP of Customer Success and a team of elite Operations Directors in an accelerated program to master our consultative sales process.
- Candidates will work hard to achieve well-defined monthly KPI’s, and earn individual and team-based commissions based on efforts and results.
- There will be extensive training and clear Hustle Metrics to allow each teammate to measure how they are stacking up against expectations and goals.
Operations Director
- Successful candidates will be promoted to an Operations Director role, where they will be responsible for the full-process selling of Playbook Software.
- Operations Directors will be responsible for hitting monthly quotas, and building a book of business. Each OD will help manage their Ops Associate
- ODs will deliver clients a positive ROI from using Playbook Software, and manage high level operational plans

About the position
The Sports Operations Associate will be expected to deliver superior operational support to our customers by building bonds with customers, understanding their mission and jobs to be one, reinforcing and obsessing about our customers’ success. Ultimately you will help our clients operate and grow successful businesses so they can expand the positive impact they have in their community.
Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Playbook clients to ensure that their needs are met in a way that improves client satisfaction.
- Implement Operational Success Plans for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Playbook sales team to expand customer relationships.
- Onboarding existing clients to the software platform, training them in how to use our program.
- Help ensure smooth operations and customer feedback.
