Location: Quincy, Massachusetts (On-Site)
About Us:
- Founded in the Spring of 2021, Patriot REC is the tax equity investment arm of Jay Cashman, Inc., a multidisciplinary development and construction company. Patriot invests nationally across all renewable energy asset classes which generate investment and production tax credits.
Description:
- Working with the deal team, the analyst will support all aspects of the tax equity transaction
Responsibilities:
- Support deal origination
- Build financial models and perform in-depth analysis
- Prepare presentations and investment memos
- Transaction due diligence and execution
- Market research (tax law and energy)
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree; courses in economics, finance, and accounting
- Previous work experience in relevant field preferred but not required
- Highly motivated individual who is anticipated to graduate in the Spring of 2023
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, diligent, and able to work on multiple transactions at a time
