LRC – Legal, Risk and Compliance
Audit: Performs operational audits across Fidelity, including identifying risks, testing control efficiency, preparing audit reports and collaborating with management to resolve issues.
IT Audit: Works on an Audit Team evaluating risks and controls, executing audit reviews, communicating issues and findings to management, devising solutions for business improvements, and following-up on corrective actions. May perform audits of Fidelity’s data centers, network, cloud and IT infrastructure, firewall and perimeter security, mobile security, disaster recovery, vendor management, change and configuration management, and incident handling. My include pre-implementation or post-implementation evaluation of new or current applications across Fidelity’s core businesses.
Compliance: Establishes and leads all aspects of compliance programs that govern firm-wide policies (e.g., Code of Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering, Political Contributions and Activities, Global Sanctions) and standards to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Risk: Identifies and mitigates risk across Fidelity including creating and implementing risk standards at the businesses, conducting risk assessments, monitoring portfolio-level risks, and risk reporting.
Technology Risk: The Technology Risk team establishes programs and procedures for the firm’s risk management practices. The team also proactively identifies and responds to key risks as appropriate to ensure that risks are mitigated timely and effectively.

- Current students with GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Robust problem-solving ability
- Demonstrable leadership experience within school, extracurricular activities, and/or professional settings
- Proven team player who takes initiative and works with others to achieve team goals
