The Purpose of Your Role

The Associate consultant works with Senior Associates, Consultants and Senior Consultants to provide consulting advice to clients regarding their benefit programs with an initial emphasis in defined benefit plans. We work with associates to develop their financial, business and consultative skills. Career path for candidates range from a  pension actuarial focus to a broad client strategy role, advising finance  and human resource executives  regarding their retirement, health and welfare, and employee communications needs.

The Value You Deliver

Work on annual pension actuarial valuations  to determine cash and accounting requirements
Support merger and acquisition transactions as they impact corporate benefit programs
Help clients effectively manage their employee benefits programs from a financial, compliance, and communications perspective
Develop custom micro sites for a wide range of corporate compensation and benefits needs
