Monday- Friday 8:00am -5:00pm, hybrid out of Marlborough, MA
What You’ll Do
Summary/Objective:
Provide administrative support to the People Experience Team and assist with overall processes.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assist the PX Team with recruitment initiatives and other projects as needed.
- Serves as backup to the HR Assistant – Onboarding. Assisting with new hire classes, nautilus filing and auditing for new hires and terminated employees within established KPI’s.
- Responsible for auditing all offboarding paperwork in Nautilus within established KPI’s.
- Performs monthly audit of recruiting systems to ensure accuracy.
- Answering the department’s Hunt Line to assist callers with HR-Related questions.
- Provide support to other areas of PXD to assist with projects and initiatives.
- Rotates to all areas of PXD to gain an understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate program with a strong interest in Human Resources
