Position Title:
Digital Marketing Coordinator I

Overview:
Become an integral member of the Bank’s internal marketing and sales agency. Take a hands-on
approach implementing digital marketing campaigns to attract, deepen and retain clients. This position
is responsible for the execution and measurement of a wide range of digital marketing initiatives
including social media, online and other forms of digital advertising, website optimization, email
campaigns, online banking and mobile applications. This person will work closely with the Digital
Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager to create the ultimate digital experience for the
Bank’s customers.
Responsibilities:
Execute with direction from the Digital Marketing Manager website optimization, including
content updates, SEO, while ensuring continuous compliance and increasing traffic to Century
Bank websites
Run and distribute digital marketing analytics reports, including web site traffic and behavior,
online banking, digital advertising, online product applications, email and social media
Responsible for daily management for web systems, digital communication channels and
other digital ancillary systems with direction from the Digital Marketing Manager
Participate in the creation and deploy online and digital advertisements in a variety of forms
Social media posting, engagement, monitoring, advertising and reporting with direction from
the Content Marketing Manager
Create, deploy and measure email campaigns and surveys in partnership with senior
marketers
Assist in the management of the Brand in the digital universe
Participate in all marketing activities as needed and assigned
Write and maintain process and procedures manual
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience with social media, digital advertising and website maintenance
- A team player with outgoing, upbeat personality
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Passion for digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Information Technology
- Knowledge of Photoshop, picture and video editing
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Digital hardware savvy
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM software, and Social Media monitoring tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Preferred skills: HTML
