Now accepting applications from students for commercial real estate investment sales agents at BCI REIS, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate firms in the nation. We offer the ability to work remotely so this enables applicants from all over to join. This position is currently available, but only for a select few highly motivated, determined, and ambitious individuals with an entrepreneur’s mindset. Through our unparalleled training and mentorship program, you will master the art of real estate investment sales, while working with amazing people in a dynamic culture. Sales experience is not necessary. This is a 100% commission-based sales position, so you will have unlimited income potential.

What You Should Expect:
Our in-depth training program prepares new team members to become experts in commercial real estate sales. Our hands on training will teach you from A to Z, how to build a career in commercial real estate sales. You will gain a strong understanding of effective prospecting and a proven ability to make sales. You need to be coachable, self-motivated, tenacious and possess strong communication skills with an industrious personality and an insatiable appetite for success.
Essential Functions:
- Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects
- Relentlessly call property owners regarding their commercial real estate assets
- Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls per day to property owners
- Maintain detailed records of activity on our proprietary CRM system
- Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships
- Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan
- Actively participate in all team meetings and trainings
