Role:

  • Digital marketing interns will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing marketing initiatives for All the Best Moments, an event planning and lifestyle blog. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, and will be passionate about events, entertaining at home, interior design, travel, and fashion. Must be knowledgable of affiliate / influencer marketing, digital marketing integrations, and social media marketing. Must be able to brainstorm relevant and unique marketing initiatives, pitch strategies that meet KPI’s, and execute marketing plans for blog posts and promotion on social in a timely fashion. Students may receive course credit for the internship, and staff will work with the school/advisor on achieving desired learning outcomes and completing all necessary paperwork. Responsibilities:

  • Ideate viable marketing ideas to be implemented across blog pages and social channels to increase brand awareness/exposure, and drive traffic to the site
  • Work with the Founder/Owner of All the Best Moments, and fellow interns, to brainstorm and pitch marketing initiatives that align with target audience and brand, sometimes in conjunction with affiliate programs, for upcoming blog posts and promotion on social
  • Own integration of assets provided by third party affiliate marketing programs into blog posts, optimized for sales conversions
  • Adhere to FTC policies and procedures as it relates to disclosures and affiliate marketing rules
  • Instagram post planning via business account. Utilize performance analytics and optimization strategies to increase engagement, and drive traffic to the blog
  • Manage Pinterest coverage via business account. Utilize performance analytics and optimization strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to the blog
  • Produce marketing plans for all social channels (Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook Pages) in a timely fashion as outlined by content calendar

  • Experience with affiliate marketing sales conversions preferred but not required

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be enrolled at a College or University with a credited internship program
  • Ability to contribute approximately 40 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
  • Comfortable working remotely
