Wayfair's Early Leaders Program

Wayfair is now accepting applications for our Early Leaders Program—an all-expenses-paid, week-long career development opportunity for high-achieving sophomore students.

Program Snapshot:

When: Week of May 11th, 2026

Where: Wayfair Headquarters in Boston (flights and hotel covered)

Goal: Extend Summer 2027 Internship Offers to  successful participants after an expedited interview process.

Experience: Students will engage in executive-level presentations, a case competition, networking events, career development workshops, and receive daily mentorship.
