Developing Real Confidence

What does insecurity at work look like, and how can you build genuine confidence? In this course, instructor Jay Fields offers an integral approach to recognizing and normalizing the thought patterns and responses that underpin feeling insecure at work, and presents strategies to empower you to shift into a more confident state. Jay invites you to investigate how you might show up as three different work personas: the Insecure Part, the Strategic Part, and the Whole Self. She walks you through identifying these personas, and offers practical exercises to get to know these parts in you and to more reliably show up as your Whole Self with authentic confidence. You’ll walk away from this course appreciating that your insecurity isn’t who you are and that you have the skills you need to be more self-assured and effective in a complex work environment.
