Each week we intend to feature a company and what actions they are or have taken in the DE & I space.  Our intention is to share the good work corporate partners are demonstrating within their corporate space and culture.

The first company we are featuring is the Massachusetts of Economic Empowerment.

For competitive positions and programs, recruiters may be looking at application materials from hundreds of candidates. For this reason, they only have time to briefly scan most cover letters. If you want to stand out and display your interest in the position, it’s crucial to create a strong, personalized cover letter.

As you approach another summer season (and possibly a new internship), here are three career moves that are recommended to make early on so that you not only advance faster through your career but are happy with your future role. 

Get as much work experience as you can!
