SAGAA (the Sexuality and Gender Alliance of Actuaries) in partnership with The Actuarial Foundation (TAF), offers annual scholarships to queer actuarial students. The application is live as of today, Monday, April 6th and is open until Friday May 29th. Apply at this application link.
In addition to the scholarship, SAGAA also produces a resume booklet that is shared with their sponsoring employers. These employers have expressed strong interest in interviewing scholarship applicants in early September.

Many established sports analytics conferences remain difficult for students to access due to high technical barriers, costs, or capacity constraints. The Connecticut Sports Analytics Symposium (CSAS) was created as a direct response to this gap, building on the UConn Sports Analytics Symposium (UCSAS) launched in 2019 and expanding its scope and reach.
