Associate Director, Undergraduate Career Development, Pulsifer Career Development Center

Paul Stanish is an Associate Director of Undergraduate Career Development in the Pulsifer Career Development Center at Bentley University and the dedicated Career Coach for Creative Industry, Film & Media Studies, Information Design and Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Professional Sales majors.  In addition to working with those constituents, he teaches all levels of students in the award winning CDI 101, 201 and 301 courses and manages the CareerEdge Career Colleague team.   Paul spends time cultivating relationships with corporate partners and companies in advertising, beauty, fashion, market research, television and many more.  As a certified Gallup strength coach, Paul has coached multiple staff and students on how to best utilize their strengths in the personal and professional lives.  He is certified as a Strong Interest Inventory coach and has recently completed a course in Stanford’s Life Design workshop.  He currently serves on the department strengths task force.  Paul has over 20 years of prior experience at Bentley working in Student Affairs and the Center for Alumni, Parents and Friends.  Since 2006 Paul has worked as an event planner, merchandise manager and consultant for various sports memorabilia companies in New England.  Prior to Bentley, Paul worked for CVS corp. in their management and operation training programs.  Paul graduated from Bentley with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Mediahub Rising Talent Mentor Program

Mediahub’s Rising Talent Mentorship Program was designed to create access to the media industry for members of historically marginalized and/or underrepresented groups. Our program pairs each mentee with a current Mediahub employee for a 12-week program.
