Janet Ehl is the Assistant Vice President of the Pulsifer Career Development Center and leads a talented team of professionals in Undergraduate Career Development, Graduate Career Development and Alumni Career Development and the Recruiting/Employer Relations teams. Janet and the nationally ranked career services team (Top 5 in the Princeton Review since 2014) work with 4,000 undergraduate students, 1,000 graduate students, faculty, staff, alumni and hundreds of corporate partners.
Janet is an innovative and dedicated career services professional with an extensive background in higher education career services encompassing advising, teaching, and developing strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key areas of proven success include: corporate partnerships; alumni engagement; effective leadership; and organization development. Janet is actively involved with consortiums and industry leaders to ensure knowledge of best practices regarding technology, scalability and the future of work.
Janet joined Bentley University in 2008 having had prior career services experience at Northeastern University and Babson College after making a career change from financial services. Janet has an MBA from Babson College.

Bentley students who acted as consultants during this spring’s Deloitte Consulting’s externship program delivered a great final product on ‘the internet of things’. There was a roomful of Bentley alums and other Deloitte Consulting employees as well as Career Services staff and Professor Yates there to hear their presentation.

Bentley Senior, Santiago Rada, December 2015 Economics-Finance major, took part in Credit Suisse’s recurring HOLT Community Competition. His pitch recommending the investment in the Marathon Petroleum Corporation was evaluated by the Academic Review Board and recommended for publication: http://project-firefly.com/node/19310; Parallel to his participation in the HOLT Community Competition he entered the Credit Suisse HOLT Valuation Challenge. Sam Diament was a tutor in the CIS Sandbox even before it first opened in Fall, 2011.
