Reginald Fils

My name is Reginald Fils, and I’m a Junior majoring in Marketing with a minor in public policy. On campus, I have been involved in organizations ranging from the Caribbean Ancestry Student Association to Class Cabinet. I hope to enter a career where I will be able to merge my passion for business and policy.

I became interested in business after the many extra-curricular programs I took part in during my time in high school. During high school, I founded a lifestyle brand called Urban Inspired which has been in magazines, newspapers, and in the media. I also co-founded Empowering Generations of Leaders, an organization to help kids in the inner-city by equipping them with the knowledge about entrepreneurship, arts, and community engagement. I practiced my passion for policy by working within the Governor of Massachusetts, Charlie Baker, and Mayor of Boston, Marty Walsh’s administration.

My favorite leadership position thus far has been Fashion Show Director for the Black United Body Fashion Show. I got to work with our student models, the organization e-board and the wider Bentley community to produce a show that showed the diversity on our campus!

You can find me in the student center hanging out with friends or doing homework on the green-space.
