Are you an underclassman who wants to learn more about the recruitment process? The Launch Your Finance Career Guide is an excellent resource that walks you through ALL FACETS of recruitment. EVERYONE should read the section detailing the importance of following up on applications (section 5)! The biggest mistake we see are students simply applying on line and having no communication with folks at the firms! This approach will not lead to successful outcomes.
