Are you looking to gain real-world professional experience while immersing yourself in one of West Africa’s most dynamic economies? Bentley University’s Cronin Office of International Education has partnered with three prestigious Ghanaian institutions to offer summer internship placements in Accra, Ghana. Airfare and housing are provided for 9 Bentley students per placement — making this a truly transformative and accessible opportunity.

This summer, Bentley students can intern at one of the following organizations:

The Ghana National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) regulates and monitors the 3-Tier Pension Scheme operations and ensures effective administration of pensions across the country. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to regulatory processes in one of Ghana’s key financial oversight bodies.

Ghana Eximbank supports the country’s trade and export agenda. Interns will pursue initiatives that align with government policy to expand the bank’s market share and trade, and assist in creating financial and analytical reports and implementing key projects.

Relevant Majors: Finance, Economics-Finance, Business Economics, Finance and Technology, Corporate Finance & Accounting, Quantitative Economics, or equivalent.

Key Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills.

Development Bank Ghana (DBG) is a wholesale development finance institution that provides long-term financing to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through Participating Financial Institutions. Interns will work in one of the following roles:

• Data Analytics Intern

• Research Intern

• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Intern
