Andersen has launched a new initiative, the Andersen Foundation Future Tax Leaders Scholarship, to support and recognize outstanding students with a demonstrated interest in tax and accounting.
Scholarship Overview
Applicants must be full-time students who have earned 36-48 college credit hours from an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S. and meet the following criteria:
- Business students with an intended Accounting major or concentration
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrated keen interest in Tax, as shown by:
- Actively pursuing CPA eligibility
- Relevant coursework
- Leadership in business-related student organizations
- Participation in externships, internships, or related experiences
- Legal residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years old
- Financial need will be considered
Application Requirements
To be considered, students must submit their resume, transcript, and two short personal essays. Additional insight into your leadership or tax/accounting related experience and a summary of your financial need may be submitted as well. Submissions will be reviewed and scored by a panel of Andersen professionals, and top applicants will participate in interviews determining your selection to receive a scholarship award.
