The program is designed to provide hands-on deal experience, close mentorship, and meaningful exposure to senior bankers and clients. Interns are treated as full members of the team and given real responsibility from day one, with the goal of converting interns into full-time Analysts and supporting long-term career growth at the firm.
What You’ll Do (Highlights)
